1. Agreement
These terms cover your use of anyonecanhomeschool.com and of the course, membership, guides and coaching offered by Anyone Can Homeschool LLC, a Florida limited liability company and a family business run by Brad and Aubree Stafford. By using the site or signing up for any of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Guidance, not legal or professional advice
Everything we share, on this site, in the course, in the membership, on the podcast and in coaching sessions, is guidance from parents who have homeschooled. It is not legal, medical, psychological, financial or professional educational advice.
Homeschool laws differ from state to state and change over time. You are responsible for knowing and meeting the requirements where you live. HSLDA (https://hslda.org/) keeps a state-by-state guide, and your state's department of education is the final word.
Every family is different, and we cannot promise any particular result for your children or your homeschool.
3. The course and the membership
The Roadmap course and the membership are sold and delivered through GoHighLevel. The price, what is included and the billing terms are the ones shown at checkout when you buy.
- The Roadmap course is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to its lessons for as long as we offer the course.
- The Roadmap course carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you go through the lessons and do not feel clearer, more confident and more prepared to homeschool, email us within 30 days of buying for a full refund.
- The membership is billed monthly, with no contract and no cancellation terms: you can cancel at any time. We send you a notice 7 days before your next billing date.
Your access to the course and the membership is for your own family. Please do not share your login, or copy, resell or republish the lessons, guides or materials.
4. Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are booked and paid on our coach directory, which runs on Yo!Coach, under its own terms as well as these. Our coaches are experienced homeschool parents who work as independent contractors. Each coach sets their own availability and rates, which are shown on their profile before you book.
Rescheduling and cancellation follow the policy shown on the coach directory when you book. If something goes wrong with a session, email us and we will help put it right.
5. Our content
The words, photographs, videos, lessons, guides and podcast episodes on this site and in our programs belong to Anyone Can Homeschool LLC or to the people who made them, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to share links to them. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first.
6. Links to other websites
We link to other websites and resources we think will help, including curriculum publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Some links, such as our Sonlight link, are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend what we believe in.
7. Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and kindly. Do not try to break it, overload it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use the contact form to send advertising.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The site and our materials are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that they are always complete, current or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Anyone Can Homeschool LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our programs, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program the claim concerns.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where our family lives and the business is based.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the terms in place when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
