1. Who we are
Anyone Can Homeschool LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is a family business run by Brad and Aubree Stafford. This policy explains what information we collect when you use anyonecanhomeschool.com, what the platforms we use for our course, membership, guides and coaching collect, and how that information is used.
Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means Anyone Can Homeschool LLC. Where it says "the site", it means anyonecanhomeschool.com.
2. What this site collects
When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself. We use them to read your message and reply to it, and for nothing else. The form also sends you a copy for your records. Messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our email.
When you visit
The site counts page views so we can see which pages help families. It counts them in total: it sets no cookie and keeps no identifier, and nothing it sends identifies you. To count how visits move from page to page and which link or campaign brought them, your browser keeps a short note (the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in its address) in its session storage, which it forgets when you close the tab.
Like every website, the servers that deliver the site (Vercel, our hosting provider) keep short-lived technical logs, which include your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
What the site does not do
- It does not run any third-party analytics beyond the Meta pixel described in the next section, and the pixel only with your choice.
- It does not sell, rent or trade your information.
- It does not ask for, or store, payment details. Payments happen on the platforms below.
3. Advertising measurement (the Meta pixel)
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the site runs Meta's pixel so we can see which ads bring families here and show our ads to people who have already visited. When it runs, your browser sends Meta the pages you view on this site, along with technical details such as your browser type and IP address, and Meta sets its own cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from an ad). Meta may connect this with a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed in to, under Meta's own privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
It is your choice. On your first visit a notice tells you about the pixel and lets you turn it off, and you can change your answer here at any time. The choice is kept in your browser for a year. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the pixel never runs and we do not ask.
Reading this browser's setting.
4. The platforms we use
The course, the membership, the free guides, the mentorship call and the coach directory each run on a platform of their own, on its own address. When you use one of them, you are giving your information to that platform, and its own privacy policy also applies.
- GoHighLevel runs the Roadmap course and its checkout, the membership, the free guides, our email list and the free call booking (course.anyonecanhomeschool.com, join.anyonecanhomeschool.com and ebook.anyonecanhomeschool.com). It collects what each form asks for, such as your name, email address and phone number, and takes payment through its payment processor. When you ask for the free guide on this site, the site sends your first name and email address to GoHighLevel, which emails you the guide.
- Google Meet hosts the free call. When you book it, GoHighLevel creates the meeting on our Google Workspace calendar and sends you the link.
- Yo!Coach runs the coach directory, where you create an account to book and pay for coaching sessions (coach.anyonecanhomeschool.com). It collects your account details, your bookings and your payments, and shares your booking with the coach you choose.
- Buzzsprout hosts the podcast. When you press play on an episode on this site, the audio file loads from Buzzsprout.
- Links to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube and Facebook take you to those services, under their own policies.
When you download a free guide or buy the course, we add you to our email list so we can send what you asked for and share encouragement, new episodes and offers. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you.
5. How we use information
- To reply to you, and to deliver the course, the membership, the guides and the coaching you sign up for.
- To send the emails you signed up for, until you unsubscribe.
- To understand which pages and episodes are useful, from page view totals.
- To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, and show them to past visitors, through the Meta pixel when you allow it.
- To keep the site and our platforms secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that do the work described here (our email delivery, hosting, course, membership and coaching platforms and their payment processors, and Meta for the pixel when you allow it), with the coach you book, and where the law requires it.
7. Children
This site is for parents. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
8. How long we keep it, and how it is protected
We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you, and email list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and access to our inbox and platforms is limited to our family and the people who help us run them.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, unsubscribe from our emails, or turn the Meta pixel off (section 3) at any time. Email us and we will do it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's law, and we will honor them.
10. Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
